Family Vision Center was founded in 1976 and has been proudly serving Moose Jaw and surrounding communities with optometric care ever since.
dr. barb schweiger
Dr. Barbara Schweiger was born and raised in Regina, Saskatchewan. Following two years of study at the University of Regina, she was accepted into the School of Optometry at the University of Waterloo. After graduating with her Doctor of Optometry degree in 1989, she returned to Saskatchewan. Over the years, she has practiced in clinics in Regina, Moose Jaw and Weyburn. She has volunteered her time for programs involving youth sports and has provided services at the Low Vision Clinic for the CNIB in the past.
She is happy to be practicing at Family Vision Center and welcomes new patients of all ages.
dr. kassidy wolfe
Dr. Wolfe was born and raised in Pense, Saskatchewan and was a patient of Family Vision Center from the age of 2. She began wearing glasses at a very young age and also required eye surgery, which inspired her decision to become an eye doctor.
She studied pre-optometry at the University of Regina and graduated with honours from University of Waterloo Doctor of Optometry program in 2011. During her optometry studies Kassidy was awarded the J.C. Thompson Memorial prize for being the highest ranked student in clinical optometry.
After graduation she moved back to Saskatchewan and began practicing optometry at Family Vision Center in Moose Jaw. Dr. Wolfe enjoys all aspects of primary care optometry and welcomes patients of all ages.

As I retire from this practice, I want to let you know that Dr. Kassidy Wolfe now has custody of your patient files and I am very confident that she will take care of you in a professional and competent manner.
